Honeywell Technology Solutions | 2015 – Present
As an Enterprise Architect, I drive technology and architecture standards, ensuring governance across a diverse portfolio of tools. I successfully deployed security tools such as Black Duck, Coverity, and SD Elements across Honeywell’s strategic business groups (SBGs). I led the migration process, engaging with vendors and stakeholders to integrate secure requirements into Honeywell's lifecycle tools (Unity and multiple JIRA systems). Additionally, I provided innovative solutions in Aero Portal applications that resulted in significant bottom-line savings. My work on hybrid cloud architecture to create communication services for niche technology, including an interface for testing quantum computing, was highly appreciated by senior management.
In this role, I have worked extensively in various ALM tools, contributing to the adoption of DevSecOps tools across the portfolio. I have played multiple strategic roles, including driving technology initiatives that enabled engineering productivity and efficiency, serving as the Tools Functional Lifecycle Coordinator (TFLC), and overseeing tools transformation with niche technologies. During my 10-year tenure at Hewlett Packard, I served as a Technical Architect for the Symantec division, with over six years of onsite experience in the USA. I led various projects, including Java-based web applications, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and enterprise application integrations. I managed technical management activities such as schedule tracking, effort estimation, risk identification, and status reviews. Additionally, I gathered and analyzed business requirements, coordinated with global teams, and delivered solutions that improved system efficiency and performance.
I was also responsible for performing code reviews, vulnerability analysis using Fortify and Cenzic, and conducting enterprise architecture design. Furthermore, I delivered high-quality outputs through SDLC projects and facilitated agile practices. My hands-on experience with clustered application setups, load balancing, and failover ensured system robustness and scalability. I was recognized for delivering a pilot project in Agile for Symantec Corporation, and I trained in Apache Hadoop with Cloudera to further enhance my technical expertise.
